Jon Persky graduated from Duquesne University, holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Insurance Counselor, and a Professional in Human Resources.
He has spent the majority of his professional career in the insurance industry in positions such as Controller, Chief Financial Officer, and Personnel Director. The agencies Jon has been associated with range from a large commercial lines agency to a 35 location non-standard specialty auto agency.
As a national faculty member of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors, Jon has lectured to over 20,000 insurance professionals since 1993, at over 300 sites, and on a variety of agency management topics.

Becky Lathrop, is a Certified Insurance Counselor, has a degree in Risk Management and Insurance from Florida State University, and has been working in the insurance industry for over 25 years. She has spent the majority of her professional career in industry positions such as Business Consultant, Sales Manager, Underwriting Consultant, and Portfolio Manager.
Since 1998, Becky has been helping agencies to grow profitably by counseling them in areas such as workflow management, staff organization and stratification, sales/marketing business plans, client retention, strategic planning, and producer compensation.. She has developed and facilitates a Marketing/Profitability workshop to help agents manage their loss ratios and to assist them with capitalizing on agency growth and contingency bonus opportunities.
Becky's agency and corporate experience provides unique perspective when assisting her clients. She is also on the faculty of the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors and lectures on a variety of topics.

Bill Toll has a degree in finance and accounting, and received his CIC designation in 1984. He is a National Faculty member for the Society of CIC, and serves as educational consultant at CIC Institutes, CRM Courses and Ruble Seminars across the country.
Bill’s experience includes working with The National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research where he was one of the developers of the Growth and Performance Standards (GPS) study which is now the leading source of benchmark agency performance data in the country.
Prior to joining the National Alliance, Bill worked with Safeco and Fireman’s Fund insurance companies, and through these two carriers, and the National Alliance, he has worked with hundreds of independent agencies throughout the United States in such areas as strategic planning, staff organization and stratification, producer compensation, workflow management, and general management. Both his agency and company experience provide unique perspectives to his present work in agency consulting.

Rod Rezac received his Bachelors of Science in Economics and Finance from the University of Nebraska. He started out in the insurance industry in 1976 in Kansas as an agent. While in Kansas, Rod served as President of the Professional Insurance Agents (PIA) of Kansas, was Education Committee Chairman of the PIA and taught CPCU and ARM classes.
Rod was one of four agents who founded the original Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) program, which the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) purchased in 1987. He has also served on the National Board of Directors for the CISR program in Austin.
For twenty years, Rod was employed by the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research, holding such positions as Curricula Administrator and Senior Vice President. He continues to serve as Educational Consultant for CIC programs across the U.S. and in Puerto Rico.
Rod’s main area of consultation is related to insurance coverage and forms.

Taylor Moore has been active in the fields of organizational development and continuous improvement for over three decades. After having served as a Marine Officer and Naval Aviator in the 1970s and 1980s, he has gone on to successful careers as a stockbroker, insurance executive, business owner and internal strategic project manager for several major financial services organizations.
Taylor has a BA from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Belmont University, with additional postgraduate work at the Naval Postgraduate School. He certified as a LEAN / Six Sigma Master Black Belt in 1998 and has led dozens of strategic LEAN / Six Sigma projects across the spectrum of financial services industry. LEAN / Six Sigma are “best practice” process re-engineering and quality improvement methodologies employed by many of the FORTUNE 100 companies to optimize their processes and increase stakeholder value.
As a Business Process Improvement Deployment Director, Taylor has developed customized training programs for all levels of an organization. He has also been invited to lecture at a number of MBA programs as well as executive-level groups in both private industry and the Department of Defense.
